2021 Marketing and Visibility Opportunities

The AHNS 2021 international meeting provides a myriad of opportunities for your company to connect with your target audience. Options range from wall sized banners to industry hosted Learning Center Stations to Satellite Symposia and more.

Visibility Sponsor recognition – in addition to the visibility provided by the opportunities included in each package/level, companies will be acknowledged as supporting the meeting as a Visibility Donor on the meeting website, on the meeting app, in program materials, onsite with slides, and signage.

Custom Visibility Packages are available based on the marketing and visibility opportunities available which best meet the needs of the individual company. Packages are available at the Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze level and range from $75,000 to $15,000 depending on the opportunities included in the package.

 ABOUT THE MEETING SPACE
AHNS 2021 Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago, IL.  The hotel lobby, with floor to ceiling windows in the East Tower is the central gathering space through which attendees will pass to access the meeting level, on the East side of the hotel. Alternatively, attendees may pass through the Skybridge or parallel underground hallway connecting the West and East towers. An escalator and adjacent staircase connect the registration level with the lobby, another short escalator leads directly to the meeting space. All meeting space is contiguous with the registration area. A short escalator leads to the Exhibit level which includes exhibits, Learning Center, Poster Sessions and Industry Suites.


CORPORATE VISIBILITY PACKAGES

DIAMOND CORPORATE VISIBILITY PACKAGE- $75,000

  • One satellite symposium on day of your choice (on a space availability basis)
  • One 10 x 20 exhibit space
  • One industry suite in exhibit hall
  • One banner ad on meeting app- one 4 hour slot
  • Center plasma screen in lobby seating area
  • Acknowledged as sponsor of Opening Reception
  • Acknowledged as a Diamond Visibility Sponsor in all program materials, on the meeting app, on-site with signage, and verbally from the podium

PLATINUM CORPORATE VISIBILITY PACKAGE- $60,000

• One satellite symposium on day of your choice (on a space availability basis)
• One banner ad on meeting app – one 4 hour slot
• One 10 x 20 exhibit space
• Left or right plasma screen in lobby seating area
•Acknowledged as a Platinum Visibility Sponsor in all program materials, on the meeting app, on-site with signage and verbally from the podium

GOLD VISIBILITY PACKAGE- $45,000

  • One satellite symposium on day of your choice (on a space availability basis)
  • One 10 x 10 exhibit space
  • One banner ad daily for run of show
  • Acknowledged as a Gold Visibility Sponsor in all program materials, on the meeting app, on-site with signage and verbally from the podium

SILVER VISIBILITY PACKAGE- $30,000

  • One 10 x 10 exhibit space
  • One banner ad daily for run of show
  • Acknowledged as a Silver Visibility Sponsor in all program materials, on the meeting app, on-site with signage and verbally from the podium

BRONZE VISIBILITY PACKAGE- $15,000

  • One banner ad daily for run of show
  • Acknowledged as a Bronze Visibility Sponsor in all program materials, on the meeting app, on-site with signage and verbally from the podium

A’LA CARTE VISIBILITY OPPORTUNITIES 

HOTEL DOOR DROP– $5,000
Be one of the first companies visible to attendees when you partner with AHNS to sponsor the Hotel Door Drop. This is your chance to include announcements, invitations, samples and sales literature that will be hand-delivered to the hotel room of every registered attendee. (Sponsor is responsible for production and delivery costs. Hotel delivery costs vary based on type of delivery and range from $3.00 – $5.50 per room, peak occupancy is 900 rooms)

KEY CARDS-$13,500 + production & installation
Want to make a big visual impact?  Put your company’s artwork on the hotel room key cards. One of the first things an attendee will see upon arrival, and something they will continue to use and see every day, is their hotel room key card. Put your company logo on the hotel room key for high visibility. (Production cost will be approximately $2,000)

INDUSTRY HOSTED EDUCATION AND EVENTS

NEW THIS YEAR

INDUSTRY SPONSORED LEARNING CENTER STATIONS $5,000
The AHNS Learning Center will be comprised of stations designed, developed and executed by our industry partners. This is your opportunity to deepen the learning experience for attendees specific to your technology or service. these stations will feature content, curriculum and activities determined by the host company.

Stations will be located in the exhibit hall immediately adjacent to the poster session. The AHNS will provide the appropriate space and electricity at the Learning Center. Each participating company will be responsible for staffing their station and for all equipment, supplies and/or specimens (specimens must be inanimate).

The AHNS will market this opportunity to attendees on the AHNS website, pre-meeting communications, on the meeting app and on-site with signage. Industry will also be able to market your station to attendees (marketing materials subject to AHNS approval) and make appointments with attendees to visit your station during hours the Learning Center is open.

*This is a non-CME activity.

INDUSTRY SUITES- $5,000
The AHNS will provide a limited number of Industry Suites in the back of the exhibit hall to allow for private meetings with attendees, AHNS leaders and company staff. Each 10 x 10 suite will be hard-walled with entry through a locked door (key provided). A table, chairs and trash can will be provided.

INDUSTRY SPONSORED SATELLITE SYMPOSIA- $20,000
A limited number of companies will have the opportunity to present an educational event of their choosing which may include, for example, a panel discussion or an invited speaker. Rooms for this event will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. Symposia support will be acknowledged on the AHNS website, on the meeting app and on-site with event signage. (Please complete satellite symposia application and return with your support confirmation.) The symposia will be promoted in advance marketing materials for the meeting and via emails to attendees. On-site signage will be produced to further promote the event at the meeting. Other marketing opportunities will be provided.

There will be a total of nine opportunities to host a Satellite Symposia, three on Thursday, July 22 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm, three on Friday, July 23 from 6:00-7:30 pm and three on Saturday from 6:00-7:30 pm. The fee for hosting a symposium is $20,000. Standard room set and AV is included in the fee. Sponsor will be responsible for any F & B and any additional av.


MEETING APP ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

All Exhibitor Listings will include:

  • Company Listing (including company name, address, phone, fax and website)
  • Booth Number
  • Company logo
  • Company/product description (50 words)
  • Link to exhibit hall map with pin indicating your booth location
  • The ability for each meeting app user to add personal notes
  • Email icon: Opens device to email client and populates with a chosen email address
  • Website icon: Opens company website within meeting app

Exhibitor Listing Enhancements- $500

  • Longer company/product description (up to 350 words, must be plain text)
  • Ability to add up to three (3) media items to company listing page. Media items may include any combination PDF, image, video

Meeting App Banner Ads

Banner advertising areas are available on the Home screen of the meeting app.  Banner ad space will be available as follows:

June 1 – July 21, 2021
Banner will run throughout the month
2 opportunities          $1,000 each

July 22 – July 25, 2021
Banner will run during 4-hour increments, or 12 hours overnight, for the duration of the AHNS meeting. 2 banners per time slot. Cost is

6:00 am – 10:00 am            $2,000 per day
10:00 am – 2:00 pm            $2,000 per day
2:00 pm – 6:00 pm             $2,000 per day
6:00 pm – 6:00 am             $1,000 per day

Artwork is due by May 15 for June ads
Artwork is due by June 15 for July 18 – July 22
Banner ad specs: JPEG, 768w.x 160h

PLEASE NOTE:  Your first choice of ad time may not be available; in that case, you may make a second choice.  Restrictions may apply as to the number of ads a single company may run on a single day.  Final schedule of ads will be determined by Show Management
