To request meeting space during the 10th AHNS International Conference, please complete the event space form below.
Requests will be reviewed and assigned rooms based on available space and approval. No request is guaranteed. Considerations taken into account include room size available, food & beverage needs, set up requirements, and timing of the event. Please note – no requests should be made during the conference’s scientific programming (View schedule here).
Note; Food and Beverage plus Audio Visual needs if required, will be paid for by the requesting organization. You will be notified of if your meeting room is confirmed within one month prior to the AHNS conference and the hotel contact, menus and audio visual pricing will be sent with the space confirmation.
