After, July 7, 2021, guest rooms and the discounted group rates may not be available.

There are companies (Convention Housing Services, Global Housing, Global Travel, etc.) who claim to be the official housing bureau and ask to “assist” you with hotel reservations. They may disguise themselves as part of the AHNS 10th International Conference on Head & Neck Cancer or may claim to represent the Hyatt Regency Chicago and note they can get better rates, the room block is filled, or use other sales pitch methods. They are NOT the official housing bureau and are NOT affiliated with the AHNS in any way.
If you receive a call from any company claiming to represent AHNS 10th International Conference on Head & Neck Cancer, be aware that this is probably a scam and do not make the reservation or provide your credit card information. Please make your reservations directly with the Hyatt Regency Chicago directly by using the online reservation link or call Hyatt Reservations Line.
